BOOK NOWABOUT
I am Ki-Jung Dejbjerg, born in 1986, a psychotherapist specialising in Cybernetic Psychology and integral psychotherapy. Over a decade of training in depth psychology, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and other integral frameworks sits behind the work I do with clients.
More than credentials, what I bring is a genuine familiarity with the territory. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To search. To find something that is actually helpful. If you want to know more about the path that brought me here, read on.

SERVICES
I offer individual online therapy sessions available in both English and Danish, delivered through a secure platform. This ensures consistency and continuity, regardless of life’s inevitable disruptions. Whether due to busy schedules, work travel, or life transitions, online sessions offer a stable, supportive anchor to return to.
Within each session, I draw on a range of modalities — from dialogue and dreamwork to meditation, somatic awareness, and transpersonal exploration. These are woven together organically, responding to what emerges in the moment and allowing your inherent intelligence to unfold naturally.
APPROACH
Like our bodies, our minds know how to grow and heal, but this knowing is beyond the limitations of our conscious, rational thinking. In Cybernetic Psychology we work with this natural intelligence — an innate movement towards something that is always already sane, healthy and integrated.
Instead of communicating through words, this intelligence speaks through symbols, intuition, feelings, and sensations – but most of us haven’t learned how to understand this language, or even how to listen. To learn more, read on.
- Living Ecosystem
Viewing the mind as a complex living system
- Unconscious Intelligence
Listening to the intelligence beyond rational thought
- Open Awareness
Meeting experience with open, unbiased awareness
- Natural Adaptability
Creating the conditions for your inherent resilience
- Integrated Approach
Unifying methods within a cybernetic framework
TESTIMONIALS
“I started because of anxiety around work and relationships. What I didn’t expect was how much of it traced back to much earlier things. It’s not always comfortable, but I always leave sessions feeling like something has moved. Hard to explain but easy to feel.”
— Female | 29 | Palliative Care Coordinator“Honestly I was a bit sceptical. I’d done a lot of work on myself already — retreats, meditation, the whole thing — and I wasn’t sure this therapy could add much. I was wrong. Ki-Jung has a way of connecting dots I didn’t know were there. The online format works better than I expected too.”
— Male | 42 | Digital Nomad“I came to Ki-Jung at a point where I’d tried several therapists and always felt like something was missing. What’s different here is that nothing gets dismissed. The dreams, the patterns I kept repeating, the things I couldn’t quite explain — all of it had a place. It’s been slower than I expected, but more helpful than anything I’ve tried before.”
— Female | 38 | Urban Planner“Ki-Jung never pushes a fixed agenda. Some sessions we work with a dream, others with something that happened that week. It felt alive rather than a formula. I’ve recommended him to a colleague already.”
— Male | 51 | School Counsellor“I was going through a transition — job, relationship, all at once — and felt completely lost. What helped most was feeling genuinely understood without being told what to do. I came with a mess and slowly found a thread through it.”
